How far in advance should you book your planner?

I recommend securing your event planner as early as possible to ensure their availability and to give them enough time to plan and execute your event successfully. The ideal timeframe for securing an event planner may vary depending on the type, and size of your event, as well as other factors such as the availability of your preferred event planner, season, and the timeline for your event. 

Securing your event planner at least 3-5 months before your event date is generally recommended. This will allow them enough time to plan and coordinate all the necessary details, including venue selection, vendor bookings, budgeting, and logistics.
